Standard latex balloons generally last 12-24 hours when filled with helium, while our high-quality foil balloons can remain buoyant for 3-5 days depending on the environment.
Do you ship your balloons inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them inflated at most local party stores or florist shops.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly options. Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex and are fully biodegradable, breaking down at approximately the same rate as an oak leaf.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events?
